The Booty Smoothie*

Welcome to the yummiest post workout smoothie ever! It took us 3 times to perfect this but finally we have the ultimate recipe, filled with coffee, caramel, peanut butter and lots of other goodies.

Recipe (serves 2):

  • 1 sachet Mornflake High Protein Oats

  • 1 banana (120g)

  • 1 scoop Multipower coffee caramel whey protein (30g)

  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tsp Pip & Nut peanut butter (30g)

  • 70g fat free Greek yoghurt

  • 4 pitted dates, soaked in hot water (approx. 60g)

  • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into the Nutribullet.

  2. Blend until thoroughly combined.
