The Booty Smoothie*

Welcome to the yummiest post workout smoothie ever! It took us 3 times to perfect this but finally we have the ultimate recipe, filled with coffee, caramel, peanut butter and lots of other goodies.

Recipe (serves 2):
1 sachet Mornflake High Protein Oats
1 banana (120g)
1 scoop Multipower coffee caramel whey protein (30g)
100ml unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp Pip & Nut peanut butter (30g)
70g fat free Greek yoghurt
4 pitted dates, soaked in hot water (approx. 60g)
¾ tsp ground cinnamon
Place all ingredients into the Nutribullet.
Blend until thoroughly combined.
